I. COMMISSIONING PROCESS

METHOD OF PAYMENT
- ALL payments will be in USD through PayPal.
- You will have the option to choose between paying 100% up front or 50% at the beginning and end.
- I determine the final price for the commission—this is non-negotiable.




I. COMMISSIONING PROCESS
- If you decide to commission me, please be patient and respectful throughout the entire process.
- When submitting a request, be clear with what you are looking for in the final work.
- You must commission me no later than two weeks in advance if there is a deadline for the project.
- Any untold or sudden rush requests will incur additional fees.No Payment is required upon submitting a commission request, but please allow up to 48 hours for a confirmation response.- Upon confirmation, you will receive a contract, which will outline the entirety of the commission for the services that will be provided.
- After the contract is signed and the commission fee is paid, the commission process will begin.
- Some pieces can and will take longer than others based on their complexity.MAJOR & MINOR EDITS
- I will send you a work in progress at each phase (e.g. sketch, line art, and coloring) for you to approve before I continue the process.
- All major edit requests must be done BEFORE the line work can begin, however, all minor corrections can be done at any point.You will be allowed TWO major edits, which can include but are not limited to:
- The body type(s).
- The pose(s) or position(s).
- Scenery/location change, etc.You will also be allowed FOUR minor edits, which can include but are not limited to:
- Color changes.
- Expression changes.
- Placement of markings/scars, etc.Any additional edits will incur extra fees.UNFORESEEN DELAYS
- If something comes up that will delay the commission in any way, I will do my best to let you know as soon as possible.
If you are suddenly faced with financial uncertainty, during any point of the commission process, please let me know and we can discuss where to go with your commission from there.BLACKLISTING
Blacklisting individuals is something I do not take lightly and will only do as a last resort.You will be blacklisted if you are:
- Consistently unresponsive and/or uncooperative throughout the entire process.
- Asking for an excessive amount of edits beyond the given amount.
- Being rude and impatient.
- Failing to pay the invoice within the allotted time—unless previously discussed with me.
- Requesting a charge back/refund months later after the commission is completed.If you are blacklisted, I will notify you of the decision through your method of contact. After that notification, you will be unable to commission me again at any point in time.




II. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYCANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & LATE FEES
The Client (you) and the Artist (me) reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, no matter the reason.- If the Client decides to cancel the commission at any point, after they have paid the first invoice, they will receive a 50% refund.
- If the Artist decides to cancel the commission for any reason, the Client will receive a 100% refund and a copy of the unfinished artwork.
- Refunds will NOT be honored after the Client has received the final invoice or if the Client does not "like or want" finished work for any reason. This is non-negotiable.
- A *late fee will be applied for each consecutive day the invoice is not paid after the allotted time.
The specifics of the late fee will be outlined within your personalized contract.




III. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & USAGE POLICYARTIST
- By commissioning me you are paying for my time and effort put into making said artwork.
- I retain all rights to the finished commission.
- All finished commissions will be uploaded to my social media and portfolio—unless previously discussed with me.
- I will not upload any commissioned artwork with the intent to re-sell it for profit.
- I will not upload any commissioned artwork to be used by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or in AI art.CLIENT
- You may not remove or edit my watermark in any capacity.
- You may not alter the finished piece in any capacity—unless previously discussed with me.
- You may not upload the finished artwork with the intent to re-sell it for profit—unless previously discussed with me.
- You may re-post the commissioned artwork on any social media site, as long as I am credited and there is a link back to my website is in the description.
You may not upload any commissioned artwork to be used by AI or in AI art.RAW FILES & STORAGE
- You may ask for the raw files (.clip) along with the compressed ones (.png) when your commission is finished.
- For the sake of limited storage, I will back-up all commissioned files for a maximum of SIX months from their completion date.
- If you happen to lose those files within the six month time frame, you can request them from me again.
- After six months, the raw files will be deleted; I will not be responsible if anything happens to the commission after that point in time.
- It is up to you to store your commissioned files in a safe place.

If you're looking for simplicity across your channel—be it through a singular emote, bit, badge or a combination of all three—you may request to have a single image designed with the intent for only the colors to be changed.ANIMATION
